Sarah M. Walkington

Sarah Walkington, the founder and owner of Walkington Law, has over 20 years of experience as an intellectual property lawyer and is a registered patent practitioner with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Sarah established her solo practice in 2014, after more than a decade of intellectual property practice in large and boutique law firms and as in-house counsel. She takes a highly personalized approach to IP practice and offers exceptional quality legal services typically found in a large firm, but without big-firm costs.

Sarah serves as a trusted advisor on IP matters for a wide range of individual, business, and attorney clients in diverse markets and industries. She assists entrepreneurs, owners and leaders of new and established businesses, inventors, designers, content creators, influencers, and online retailers. She provides value to every client through cost-effective and dependable IP legal services. Sarah finds it extremely rewarding to help people who need to safeguard their IP assets but may not realize how important it is to maximize protection or may think they do not have the budget to secure that protection.

For more than two decades, Sarah has demonstrated her high level of competence in all types of IP matters.
